Telephone & Email Support

Much of our sickness absence and case management support is telephone based and is especially useful for clients whose workforce is located at different locations across the UK.
This is a useful alternative to face to face consultations and can have the following benefits to our clients:

  • It can facilitate a more rapid response to referrals
  • Same day consultations are possible
  • It can be more cost effective for the client
  • It can allow a full occupational health assessment for an employee who is disabled or too ill to come to clinic
  • It can allow ease of access to services for clients whose employees are either out of our immediate region or who cover a large geographical area
  • It can accelerate the return to work process
  • It can provide important contact and support to an employee who is on long term absence from work

Other services that can be carried out via the telephone or email are

  • Placement screening and fitness for work
  • Health risk assessment

Clients are allocated a named, qualified Occupational Health Adviser as their case manager for all telephone and email support
