This service offers assistance to the employer in establishing an individual's fitness and suitability to perform a specific job. New candidates can have a paper health screen, telephone health screen or face to face health screen at one of our consulting rooms in Lancaster or Kendal.

Quality standard
Our service always includes quality standards for each activity performed. The main quality standard for this activity includes a prompt turnaround time for assessments to take place to ensure a minimum delay in the start date for the employee. Other quality standards can be added to this activity to suit the needs of the employer.
