Sage Occupational Health has consulting rooms and other clinical facilities available to clients at the BMI Lancaster Hospital

Occupational Health clinics are held on a regular basis and employers can flexibly use this service as and when they require occupational health support.

All clients of Sage OH have the use of these facilities included with their offer of services and are particularly helpful for employers who do not have the space for occupational health facilities at their business premises or indeed prefer individuals to be seen away from the work environment.

Being onsite at BMI Lancaster Hospital, Sage OH hold a preferential position to rapidly refer any individuals who require early treatment interventions to speed up an early return to work. These include referrals to:

 

Physiotherapy

Sage OH nurses can refer directly to physiotherapists at BMI Lancaster hospital who are experienced at dealing with a range of musculoskeletal disorders, post operative trauma, sports injuries, work related injuries and illnesses and spinal disorders. Occupational health services work closely with the affected employee and the physiotherapy service to actively plan rehabilitation and early resettlement back to work following injury or illness.

 

Counselling

Sage OH nurses can refer directly to affiliate counsellors in central Lancaster who are experienced in dealing with a range of work related issues causing psychological ill health or reduced performance at work.
