Occupational health services work closely with the affected employee and the physiotherapy service to actively plan rehabilitation and early resettlement back to work following injury or illness.
Sage OH nurses can refer directly to affiliate counsellors in central Lancaster who are experienced in dealing with a range of work related issues causing psychological ill health or reduced performance at work.
